一、安裝前保證場地干凈安裝區(qū)域內(nèi)沒有雜物、障礙物，確保地面平整。檢查設(shè)備有沒有準備齊全，比如，沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪主體、傳動電機、密封組件、管道接口等部件。質(zhì)量復(fù)核：使用水平儀檢測轉(zhuǎn)輪安裝面的平面度，誤差應(yīng)≤0.1mm/m，避免因安裝面傾斜導(dǎo)致運行偏心。

　　1、 Before installation, ensure that the site is clean and there are no debris or obstacles in the installation area, and ensure that the ground is flat. Check if the equipment is fully prepared, such as the zeolite wheel body, transmission motor, sealing components, pipeline interfaces, and other components. Quality review: Use a level to check the flatness of the installation surface of the wheel, with an error of ≤ 0.1mm/m, to avoid eccentricity caused by the inclination of the installation surface.

　　二、核心安裝步驟：1.主體就位與定位：吊裝作業(yè)：采用10噸級起重機進行吊裝，吊裝帶與設(shè)備接觸面需墊橡膠防護墊，防止劃傷表面涂層；精準定位：通過激光對中儀調(diào)整設(shè)備水平度，使轉(zhuǎn)輪軸線與基礎(chǔ)中心線偏差≤0.5mm，確保旋轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)性。

　　2、 Core installation steps: 1. Main body positioning and installation: Lifting operation: Use a 10 ton crane for lifting, and rubber protective pads should be placed on the contact surface between the lifting belt and the equipment to prevent scratching the surface coating; Accurate positioning: Adjust the levelness of the equipment through a laser alignment instrument to ensure that the deviation between the wheel axis and the foundation centerline is ≤ 0.5mm, ensuring smooth rotation.

　　電氣與控制系統(tǒng)部署：電纜敷設(shè)：動力電纜與控制電纜分槽敷設(shè)，動力電纜采用YJV-0.6/1kV型，控制電纜使用KVVP屏蔽型，避免電磁干擾；參數(shù)設(shè)定：在PLC控制面板中設(shè)置脫附溫度（180-220℃）、再生風(fēng)量（額定風(fēng)量的10%-15%）等關(guān)鍵參數(shù)，并進行PID自整定。

　　電機測試：啟動傳動電機，監(jiān)測電流波動值≤±5%額定電流，連續(xù)運行2小時，軸承溫升≤40℃。

　　Motor testing: Start the transmission motor, monitor the current fluctuation value to be ≤ ± 5% of the rated current, run continuously for 2 hours, and ensure that the bearing temperature rise is ≤ 40 ℃.

　　密封性檢測：在進氣口施加5kPa壓力，保壓30分鐘，壓力降≤0.5kPa，驗證密封性能。

　　Sealing test: Apply a pressure of 5kPa to the air inlet, maintain the pressure for 30 minutes, and verify the sealing performance with a pressure drop of ≤ 0.5kPa.

　　聯(lián)動負載測試

　　Linkage load testing

　　廢氣處理流程：通入模擬廢氣（VOCs濃度500mg/m?），檢測排放口濃度≤50mg/m?，去除效率≥90%。
