首先，設(shè)計好集氣罩的尺寸，再根據(jù)車間情況設(shè)計輸塵管路鋪設(shè)方案，我們再給客戶設(shè)計的時候會盡量減少集氣管道的拐彎彎頭，降低對除塵風(fēng)量的削弱。

再將各個集塵罩連接除塵管路網(wǎng)，管道另一邊連接到除塵器就可以了。

除塵設(shè)備一經(jīng)啟動。風(fēng)機(jī)的風(fēng)量就會隨著管道到集塵罩，粉塵就會被集氣罩收集，在風(fēng)機(jī)的引導(dǎo)下被收集到除塵器的主機(jī)，主機(jī)中裝有高效的除塵濾芯，粉塵經(jīng)過濾芯時，就會被攔截，掉落到積灰裝置中。
